When you have a group experience on Cyno, you may find from time to time that you need to send out an announcement to all of the users who have registered for your event. In rare instances, you may need to cancel the event entirely in case of an emergency.

You can send group announcements and cancel events from the My Dashboard area.

Select the My Dashboard area from the top-right drop-down menu.

Use the announcement button (the bullhorn icon) or the cancel button next to an individual event.

If you need to send out a group announcement (perhaps reminding people to bring along a certain piece of equipment if they have it, or letting them know you are on your way but having a brief technical issue), then use the announcement button.

If you need to cancel a group experience due to an unforeseen emergency, please be sure to leave a reason for clients to notify them about what is going on. Failing to leave a reasonable explanation for the cancellation leaves users with a bad experience and is therefore highly discouraged.
